Altitude Grown: Grown on a family farm in volcanic soils at altitudes between 4,500 and 5,300 feet above sea level.
Processing: These beans are hand-harvested, sorted, washed and dried in the intense El Salvador sun on raised beds. It is a micro-lot coffee and very pure.
