Altitude Grown: At elevations up to 5,000 feet and as low as 2,500 feet above sea level.
Processing: Green coffee beans are washed and soaked in water to remove the caffeine by Swiss water method. The water is then filtered to remove the caffeine, and the beans are soaked again and again until they are 99.9% caffeine-free.
